Organic and Biodynamic Demeter certified vineyard. Selected harvest 100% by hand. Many cobble stones with a mix of sand and red clay.
Vinification & ageing
Organic method. Destemming and crushing, skin maceration with temperature control.
10% in oak casks, 90% in tank
