Vines & Terroirs

Organic and Biodynamic Demeter certified vineyard. Selected harvest 100% by hand. Plateau de la Crau, siliceous-clay soils and cobble stones.

Vinification & ageing

Organic and Biodynamic methods (indigenous yeasts, limited sulfites). Destemming and crushing, long maceration, 30 days fermentation with temperature control.
20% in oak casks and 80% in tank
